LEADER OR A BOSS IN YOUR LIFE?

My inspiration and my role model is my "dad." I can give hundreds of moments which I felt he is a good leader in his work. Actually many people need to know the difference between between the things which they are doing. Recently in my class I found an difference between boss ruling and a leadership. So guys let me make you clear, if anything you want to choose in between boss or leadership always choose leadership. You will understand it end of reading my article. 

Leader ship is an amazing quality of leading people it's an important aspects of life. Without good leadership, no organization or group can succeed. They need more self-confidence, they are the role model actually they inspire others with good quality. Main thing is good communication and decision making let me give an example of "MAHATMA GANDHI" one of the freedom fighter of our nation who took an leadership place🇮🇳. He incorporated non violence in freedom moment his every single speech communicated to people was about non violence. Most of them got inspired and joined hands in freedom moment one of them was Lal bhadhur Shastri who followed the words of Gandhi in every step. Most of the generation are alive till today because of non violence. 

Did you configure how the leadership inspire, decision making, communication skills are important. Leadership is an art that everyone should incorporate in life to be leader of his own life. 

Boss is a self-centered people, they run towards towards advantage they don't care about working people their intention is profit not your growth. There is very vast difference between commands and ask or request. Bossy people command which is main negative view which they make themselves. Actually I don't want to give an example for these people because you would have seen more such people in life every day because now a days most of them forgot what is leadership? They just run towards profits, ruling attitude, use people just for work and even more. 

Decide yourself what you want to be in your life leader or boss. Current days there are many people to use people but very less people to develop people 1000 out of 1 is developing the people. If you need something follow these simple sentence "give respect take respect." If you need something ask or request. Leading or ruling got to know the difference.
