Don't touch your phone early morning or first hour of your day because if it gives you a negative thought your day will be ruined.
1. Remember your dreams
In subconsciousness brain will be working the dream you get will the hidden meaning of actual life. Sometimes even you may get some solution to some problems in your life. The things you see in your dream can be creative and new.
Example: The Periodic Table
Writing in his diary, Mendeleev said, “I saw in a dream a table where all the elements fell into place as required. Awakening, I immediately wrote it down on a piece of paper.”
2.make your bed
Cleaning your own bed and making neat is a perfection. When you return back to bed again in night looking it neat, things which look neat and good gives peace to mind.
3.brush your teeth with opposite hand
Brushing with opposite hand activates different parts of body. And makes your day more active.
4.stay hydrated
Having more water is good for health and keeps you active and drinking more water is also good for skin.
5.Take bath in cold shower
Some benefits of cold shower are it increases alertness, refine hair and skin, improves immunity and circulation of blood, stimulate weight loss, speeds up muscle soreness and recovery, relieves depression.
6.cup of tea or coffee
Caffeine provides a short-term memory boost.Coffee is a potent source of healthful antioxidants.
7. Journaling
It's a very good habit, reading the news about current world and conscious about what happening around you.
8. Meditate
Meditation for 20 minutes per day gives you a peace of mind it improves your brain. While meditation concentrate on breathing it keeps concentration at one place. Learn to control your mind.
9. Exercise⛹
Do exercise which is good for heart and body moves brain grooves. It makes your day active.
10.healthy diet
Maintaining your health by good food is very important. A healthy body has a active day. Plan your own diet plan with Nuterintes, minerals, cereals, vegetable etc..
