Idle mind is devils workshop the proverb which we all heard in our childhood poem, But we just let those important lines of life there itself and moved forward. The current scenario of corona period most them are going through negative thoughts, depression and main thing people who are going through won't share it to anyone. It's an awareness blog to all the people who are staying alone and suffering from inside. Remember this always "Mental health is very much important as same as importance we give to the physical health."
Evil thoughts enter our brain easily when we are sitting alone. The mind of man keeps running behind something, everything it cannot be positive thoughts if negative thoughts enters don't become slave of it. Mind cannot remain vacant for a long time unless it is occupied with good positive idea, it will turn to bad thoughts.
Tips to come out from depression :
1. Never think that your not worth living.
god has created us for a purpose, your are never alone you have family, friends, career everything, just because your staying alone for some period of time doesn't mean your alone, there people who care for you, share your problems to them.
2. Stop Overthinking.
because this Overthinking about one problem let to lead to negative thoughts, self injury.
3. Don't not stay alone or in the dark place.
You don't need to go anywhere to get the peace, see the sunrise 🌅 the blue sky clams you out from the problem, seeing the sky and clouds decrease your pressure. Try it.
4. Meditation.
Keep an control on your mind. Your mind should be in your control no negative thoughts should eat your brain.
5. Positive vibes.
Go to place where you get postive vibes, visit a temple absorb the positivity. Or take a long walk towards a greenery.
6. Keep busy yourself.
Do one or the other work don't sit idle for a long time. Be 🍃 fresh and active to do work. Keep thinking new works and postive thought and good moment's of life or create a good moment right at the moment enjoy the living it's a gift for everyone.
7. Be active.
In this period sitting in front of tv, computer or phone is useless go out and play, exercise. Keep your body active, don't be lazy.
8. Share your problems and what your going through.
Many people go deep by thinking there is no one but share it someone who can make you clear from that problem and give some solution for it.
The one who has nothing to do will be tempted to do mischievous activities. We must put an effort to keep ourselves occupied in postive things.
