Making plans prior is the best way to start your morning so let me tell you the steps i follow to make me the best :
# Think about tomorrow's work plans what you should do or make a notes, so that even your brain respond to it.
# wake up early but don't waste time on phone. Always your first priority should be you, not social media.
# don't waste time at wardrobe collection, keep your clothes what you should wear before going to sleep, so that you won't get messy or confused in the starting of a day.
# food should be always healthy because if you need something you should give somthing to your body ,if it needs to respond to your schedule. So keep your body in control.
# take a cold shower, come out of your comfort zone because cold water shower has more healthy benefits to body and skin.
# keep an alarm with an note so that in sleepy mood you don't forget the motive of that Alarm.
# don't take stress. Stress is from inside so practice an meditation habit which you see result effectively to decrease stress.
Always design your day not only your clothes or accessories, give importance to whats worth it. Keep yourself happy do not expect anything from others. Finish the plans you made for today and check the list if it is completed or not. Go to bed with satisfaction that you did something productive and there is a positive response from inside.
