How Positive and Negative thinking affects the decision and the solution for it.

Let us understand first what's positive thinking, it's just handling everything in a good way in every single situation. What we think is what happens but not sitting Idle and just thinking, it's that what we think should give positive vibes and we start working to get on the process to achieve the good things. We always have these two types of mind set but positive mind set won't work every time but our mind get triggered by negative mindset so we commit a mistaken. 
What's negative thinking is unpleasant emotions which gives stress not the result okay let's apply the same thing like "what we think is what happens" now thinking negative about ourselves and surrounding, this is what gives us negative vibes and we cannot connect with work because we imagine things that it won't be successful without trying or just by thinking negative or wrong way. So before the process or even before starting do not kill the ideas without trying it just by thinking so try it go for it before the success there are many things which are wasted as trial and errors they learn from it that's when the perfection starts. 
How to take positive and good decisions, you may be anything or any decision it should be taken care by thinking hundreds of times because after the moment we don't have power to change the situation. The decision may be about health, work, life the most important things should be always taken more importance because these things have the power to change life in seconds it can be positive or upside down. Our decision should never harm or hurt others always while taking decision to think about the reaction of it, what all it affects family career or it can be anything. You are here because of somebody so nobody should get hurt by the decision or pushed back.

"Your character is made by what you lost"

Your character is made by what you gain like the knowledge, 🎓degrees, status cliche but it is not your character it is made by every single day what you lost the anger, anxiety, streefull mind, depression and even more. 
NOT EVERYTHING WE LOST IS A LOSS, some things are worth losing because the changes after that can be positive or negative it's our option so choose the best, it makes our life better day by day. Life keeps changing, earth keeps revolving then why are we keeping things stuck with old things like  bad habits, bad days, bad past and even more...... So live it behind  and move on without any regrets. so that the upcoming vision will be clear. Life is simple if we see just out problems then it keeps bothering us or else if you neglect it will trouble you one or the other situation so better solve it and move without any stress in mind. Leave your problems by solving or the incomplete every single thîngs affect life so choose what is worth affecting you and your mind set, growth, process. Life gives us lessons every single step of life the wise one will learn from that and won't repeat the mistakes again.
1. Loose your anxiety
What you got from that nothing but it has hurted many. You seconds of miserable behaviour has given pain in mind for someone else. Don't not react without knowing what's actual thing it leads to many broken relationship by misunderstanding.
2. Come out of depressing things
Depressing things are meant to hurt and spoil your own health and mind by thinking about one bad incident so stop that and move on enjoy the present, if you can enjoy just get busy with some work do not think much on depressing things.
3. Avoid stress 
Stress is not an good quality to lead a healthy life style. I agree today generation and the fast moving life style changes gives stress in one or the other way it may in work, home, road, stores or anywhere avoid getting stressed for little things. Even while being on time without our action something can give stress or tension by delay these things happen in world but it your opinion to get stressed or handle it soft and solve it without delaying it.
4. Come out from toxic relationship
Give time to for acceptance, the one who stops your career is not the love of life, getting absued is not love, don't give your life to unworthy people, get into relationship but you should be your first priority because no one can be with us in all the situation so love is a wonderful feeling don't get ruled by negative or toxic things. Let things be free enjoy the freedom of air.

The above things are simple but the changes after loosing it are the real life. We get into the right path and good character, peace of mind even more.
